Medical Insurance – Judson Center provides health insurance coverage through Health Alliance Plan (HAP). The annual deductible for individual is $1K and $2K for family, with $10/$40 co-pay for pharmacy. The biweekly employee contributions are based on each employee’s annual salary, so that lower paid employees contribute less than higher paid employees. Eligibility is the 91st day of full-time employment.
Dental – Judson Center pays the entire premium for basic dental coverage through Delta Dental EPO. Another plan with a wider network of providers is available through Delta Dental PPO for a biweekly premium contribution of $4.29 single, $7.05 for two person and $13.48 for family coverage. Eligibility is first of the month after 90 days of full-time employment.
Life, AD&D (Both pay 2x annual salary) and Long Term Disability Insurance (2/3’s of monthly salary to maximum of $4K per month) are entirely paid for by Judson Center. Eligibility is first of the month after 90 days of full-time employment.
Holidays – 10 annually with immediate eligibility. Part time employees receive Holiday Pay on a prorated basis.
Vacation – Accrual is 10 days annually for the first two years of service, 15 days annually for years 3-5 and 20 days annually from the sixth year on. Part time employees accrue vacation on a prorated basis. Vacation starts accruing immediately upon hire, but cannot be taken until completion of 90 days of employment.
Sick Time – Accrued at the rate of 8 hours per month to a maximum accrual of 520 hours. Part-time employees accrue on a prorated basis. Sick time begins accruing immediately upon hire, but cannot be taken until completion of 90 days of employment.
401k Retirement Plan – Employees can enroll after 90 days of employment and become eligible for the employer match. The employer match is 100% of the first 3% of regular compensation plus 50% of the next 2% of compensation tax deferred.
