As Mental Health and Foster Care Awareness Month gets underway, one local agency that assists people with mental health issues and foster care has a new home.
The Judson Center has moved to a bigger space at 12200 E. 13 Mile Road, Suite 200, between Hoover and Schoenherr roads. On May 5, staff and local dignitaries gathered at the new 9,000-square-foot office for a ribbon cutting and grand opening.
“We’re just really excited to have the new space to help more people,” Judson Center Mental Health Services Director Melissa Savage said. “We hope to serve 150 to 200 more children over the next few years.
