Sarah Sorise, MA, BCBA, LBA
Director of Autism Services
Sarah Sorise is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in the State of Michigan. She has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for fifteen years, beginning her journey at Western Michigan University where she studied in the Behavior Analysis Training System program, earning a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Behavioral Psychology. Sarah went on to obtain her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Sarah has extensive experience with applied clinical work and in leadership roles. Sarah’s favorite part of ABA is the joy our learners and their families bring through collaborative work to make a positive impact in both their lives and ours.
Melissa Wilson MA, BCBA, LBA

Farmington Hills
Melissa received her bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science with a Human Services concentration from Albion College and her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism from Ball State University. Melissa is an Associate Clinical Manager at our Farmington Hills location, overseeing the implementation of intensive applied behavior analysis services for children with autism ages 2-18.
Alexandria Nylander, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Ann Arbor
Lexi graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and received a Master's in Special Education with a concentration in ABA from Oakland University. Lexi is an Associate Clinical Manager at our Ann Arbor location. Her favorite part of being a BCBA is seeing all the great progress her clients make across various domains.
Sarah Deland, BCBA, LBA, LMSW

Royal Oak and Bridges to Success
Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Social Relations from Kalamazoo College, a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, and a BCBA certification from the University of Massachusetts. Currently, she is Associate Clinical Manager at our Royal Oak location, overseeing intensive applied behavior analysis services for individuals with autism. Before this role, Sarah was a Behavior Analyst at Judson Center, focusing on social skill development for children with ASD and aiding in transitions to natural and school environments. She also provides continuing education training on ABA and behavior management.
Jennifer Kreza, M.Ed., BCA, LBA
Associate Clinical Manager
Warren
Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in health science from Oakland University and returned to Oakland University to earn her master’s degree in special education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Before serving as the Associate Clinical Manager of our Warren location, Jennifer worked as a Behavior Analyst at our Royal Oak location providing services for children with autism ranging from early learners to teens. Jennifer especially enjoys collaboration with families, schools, and other members in the child’s life to ensure consistency and success across all environments.
