JUDSON CENTER’S CHILD SAFE MICHIGAN TO HOLD ITS 2026 GALA AT THE DEPARTMENT AT HUDSON’S ON AUGUST 7

Event will benefit foster care, adoption & mentoring services

Farmington Hills, MI –The annual fundraising gala for Child Safe Michigan, an affiliate of human service agency Judson Center, takes place on Friday, August 7 from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. at The Department at Hudson’s in downtown Detroit.

The event benefits Child Safe Michigan’s foster care, adoption and mentoring services for neglected or abused children in Southeast Michigan. The money raised helps provide the children with safe, loving homes and hope for the future.

“This is Child Safe’s biggest event of the year, and the proceeds directly support at-risk children in foster care,” said Judson Center President & CEO Lenora Hardy-Foster. “As an affiliate of Judson Center, Child Safe Michigan shares the same mission of providing comprehensive services that enable children to heal, grow, and thrive. Gala guests can be assured they are making a huge difference in the lives of the children and families served through the agency. It’s also a fun evening filled with good food, entertainment, and networking opportunities.”

The gala will include dinner, cocktails, interactive giving, a live auction, and an afterglow featuring live entertainment. Guests are asked to wear elevated cocktail attire paired with stylish sneakers, blending classic refinement with contemporary flair. Complimentary valet parking will be available.

This year’s Gala Co-Chairs are Carly Dietz, Co-Chair of the Child Safe Michigan Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Dietz Property Group in Troy, which is the event’s presenting sponsor, and Theresa Evens, Investor Relations Manager at Dietz Property Group.
