Our Vocational Employment program offers comprehensive support to employers who hire our workers with disabilities. We assist in the hiring process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Our Employment Specialist can help with new hire orientation, and if needed, a job coach will work alongside your team during hands-on training to reinforce the employee's understanding of tasks. We remain engaged through the probationary period and beyond, facilitating clear communication between you and your employee to address any challenges and promote long-term success.
